Our mission is to issue licenses utilizing rules established with community support to protect the dependent and vulnerable citizens of Utah.Other Information
The Office of Licensing has been serving families and individuals since 1987 through licensure of such services as adoption agencies, domestic violence shelters, foster care providers and youth treatment programs.
Our Office is governed by Human Services Rules enforced by State law.
